Terms of Use
Last updated: September 7, 2026
These terms govern your use of PCOcalc, made by Jack-High Software LLC ("we," "us"). By using the app or the web dashboard, you agree to them.
Not regulatory advice
PCOcalc is a calculation and recordkeeping tool. It is not regulatory advice. You are responsible for reading and following your product's own label, and for the accuracy of the compliance records you create. Every application rate and re-entry interval (REI) you enter is one you typed in yourself from that label — PCOcalc never suggests, recommends, or defaults any of these values, and never will. Using PCOcalc does not substitute for your own compliance obligations under applicable law.
Individual subscriptions
Monthly and annual individual Pro subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. Manage or cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play — refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by us directly. The lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-renewing charge.
Team subscriptions
Team accounts are billed monthly through Stripe: a flat base fee plus a per-technician charge that adjusts automatically as technicians are added to or removed from the business. The business owner can view billing details, update payment methods, or cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal, accessible from the web dashboard.
Account deletion
You can request deletion of a business-tier account and its associated data at any time — see Support → Delete your account and data.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse PCOcalc — including attempting to access another business's data, circumvent billing, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability
PCOcalc is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jack-High Software LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any regulatory, legal, or financial consequences arising from compliance records you create or applications you perform.
Governing law
[JURISDICTION — to be finalized with counsel before launch].
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PCOcalc after a change means you accept the updated terms.
